Final pricing varies based on yard size and service conditions. Weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanup prices are per visit; monthly equivalents use 52, 26 and 12 visits per year respectively, rounded to whole dollars. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st. A standard initial cleanup is free with a weekly plan; heavy waste buildup may require a surcharge. One-time cleanup starts at $59 for up to ¼ acre with light-to-moderate buildup, plus $15 for each additional ¼ acre or portion thereof. Deodorizer is an optional add-on with a matching cleanup schedule, covering primary pet-waste areas up to ¼ acre; larger treatment areas may require a custom quote. No long-term contracts; waste haul-away included.

When am I charged if I choose monthly billing?
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. Your first payment may be prorated when service begins.
How are monthly plan prices calculated?
Monthly equivalents use 52 weekly visits, 26 biweekly visits, or 12 monthly visits per year, divided by 12 and rounded to whole dollars.
Is the first cleanup really free?
A standard initial cleanup is included when you start a weekly plan. Excessive buildup, unusually large yards or special conditions may require a separate quote.
Do I need a contract?
No long-term contract is required. We will explain the service and cancellation terms before you subscribe.
